OUR STORY
Ole Smoky began its journey in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, where generations of distillers secretly crafted moonshine using time-honored recipes passed down through their families. In 2009, a pivotal shift in state law allowed Ole Smoky to become the first legally licensed distillery in Tennessee, marking a significant milestone in the revival of the region’s moonshine heritage. Today, Ole Smoky offers more than 25 moonshine flavors and 17 whiskey flavors, available in all 50 states, over 20 countries, and at our distilleries in East Tennessee, Nashville, and now Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
